Refund Policy

At coconana baby, we take great pride in the development and quality of our products. We are confident that you will love them as much as we do. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day Money Back Guarantee with no questions asked.

To initiate a return, please send us an email at contact@coconanashop.com and include your order number in the email. Our customer service team will review your claim within 2-3 working days.

If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and our return shipping address. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

Upon receiving the returned item, we will deduct a 25% administrative fee from the refund total. This fee covers the cost of processing the return and restocking the item.

Please ensure that the item is returned in its original condition, unused and with all original packaging. Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
